It is with gratitude and with joy that we welcome each woman who feels called to try her vocation with us.
The ideal candidate will be deeply grounded in the Catholic Faith, exhibit strong attraction to the Franciscan way of life, desire a deeper union with our Eucharistic Lord, be in good physical and emotional health and be, preferably, between the ages of 18 and 50 years of age, although older women will be considered on an individual basis.
b.  Potential candidates will, whenever possible, enter into a “Come and See” live-in experience lasting anywhere from two weeks to three months.  At the end of the live-in experience, the potential candidate will continue her discernment and she may apply to enter into the Postulancy.
c.  After a period of one year, a Postulant may apply for admission into the Novitiate and, if accepted, will receive the habit of the Franciscan Sisters of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus.
d. After a Novitiate of two (2) years, a Novice may request to profess Temporary Vows of  Poverty, Chastity, Obedience and Fidelity to the Vicar of Christ for one (1) year.  Temporary Vows will be renewed annually for up to six (6) years before the Sister may request to take Perpetual Vows.

“‘I will allure her; I will lead her into the desert and speak to her heart.’”
(Hosea 2: 16),
Arise my beloved, my beautiful one and come!’
(Song of Songs 2:10).”
